Rick Floer, CFP, RRC, B.S.A.
Executive Financial Consultant
Rick began his Investors Group career in 1991 and as a Senior Financial Consultant and Division Director, he not only shares his knowledge with new Consultants entering the field – he shares his passion for what financial planning can do to help others. He is a successful mentor and coach to his expanding team and is highly respected among his peers in the industry.
Rick has an ongoing commitment to exceed the expectations of his growing practice. With his experience in comprehensive financial planning for high net worth individuals, families, retirees, professionals, and corporations he works to provide his clients with peace of mind while working towards their goals and realizing their dreams.
Rick is an active member of the South Surrey/White Rock Chamber of Commerce and his charity involvement has included: Semiahmoo House Society, United Way, Free the Children, Rotary International and Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver. He is also an active volunteer in several youth sport community programs in the South Surrey/White Rock area.
Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Rick is the youngest of 7 children. He currently resides in South Surrey with his wife and business partner, Marilyn Fraser, and their two children – Emma and Sam.
Marilyn Fraser, CFP
Marilyn started with Investors Group in 1997 as a Financial Consultant, then in 2011 transitioned to the Associate Consultant role. Prior to joining Investors Group, she worked as a Personal Account Manager with CIBC and then furthered her experience and career in the banking industry as a Branch Manager with HSBC.
Marilyn brings extensive experience to Rick’s team in Financial Planning for families, individuals and business executives. She was born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon and moved to British Columbia in 1990.
She currently resides in South Surrey with her husband and business partner, Rick Floer, and their two children. She is an active member of her children’s school community supporting youth through training and coaching. She believes that all kids need to have a chance at participation.
Sean Milliken, CHS, CPCA, EPC
Sean joined Rick Floer’s team as an Associate Consultant in 2013 and currently holds his CHS, CPCA and EPC designations. He is currently working towards his CFP designation.
Sean has been a key member of Rick’s team, since joining in 2013, effectively providing his knowledge and understanding of Insurance, Tax and Financial Planning.
Sean has an extensive business background, with over 20+ years working in such roles as - Project Management, Finance, Accounting and Sales & Marketing. His knowledge as a business owner and within various corporate environments has proven to be invaluable. Sean and his wife Kelsey, call South Surrey home, along with their two children. He is also an active member of both the community youth Softball and Soccer associations of South Surrey.
Terri first joined Investors Group in April of 2002 starting as the assistant to a consultant for her first two years within the Greater Vancouver South Region. In April of 2004, Terri moved into the Executive Assistant role to the Regional Director, remaining in this position until the Regional Directors retirement in mid 2017.
This position was extremely fast paced with a large variety of tasks coming through the top management office each day. Her primary focus was to keep a large management and specialist team connected and moving forward with well-established protocols and systems and to bringing projects, training, client events and planning to successful conclusion We are so pleased to have her recently join the Rick Floer Group. Terri assists in the day to day responsibilities for the Team in both administrative tasks and client communication.
A very people oriented person, Terri brings both experience and confidence in her professionalism and style of communication with a strong emphasis on coordinating and follow through, all done with a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, responsiveness and respect in support of both clients and colleagues. Terri resides in South Surrey with her husband Stu while their two boys reside in Kelowna.
After over thirteen years working in administrative and office management roles for one of the largest ready mix companies in Canada, Paula joined the Rick Floer Group April 2017 in an administrative assistant role. Paula’s attention to detail, coupled with her strong work ethic and positive attitude, has made her a welcome addition to the team.
Paula currently resides in White Rock, where she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with Canucks Place Children’s Hospice.
As a member of the South Surrey office, Rick Floer’s team has access to Investors Group corporate financial planning specialists that can be called upon to provide additional insight and strategies for your financial plan.

Olga joined Investors Group in 2006, bringing with her years of extensive experience in the financial industry. Since joining Investors Group, Olga works closely with consultants helping them develop the risk management segment of clients’ holistic financial plans as well as providing advice on tax minimization, estate and business succession planning. Whether on a personal or corporate level, Olga brings many strategies to your HNW clients which help protect them and their families in the event of an untimely death, disability or critical illness. Olga also uses advanced insurance concepts which can provide for significant wealth accumulation and estate preservation. Based on her Regions’ results, Olga has qualified eight times as Specialists’ Star Performer. Most recently in 2018 Olga’s profile was featured in Investors Group “Women and Progress” series. Prior to joining IG, Olga had her financial planning practice at Sun Life Financial and hold a position of an Associate Branch Manager with RBC Insurance.
Her designations include: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS), Elderly Planning Counselor (EPC), Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) and Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA). She is a long-standing member of ADVOCIS, the oldest and largest voluntary professional membership association of financial advisors and planners in Canada. Olga is an on-going mentor of graduating students of the Financial Management, Financial Planning program at British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Wealth Planning Specialist

Jason joined Investors Group Securities Inc. in 2015. He provides securities advice to clients in Vancouver and Southern Saskatchewan and is licensed in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. He is located at the Investors Group office in South Surrey, located at 2121 152nd Street.
Jason has been in the industry since 2009 and has had increasingly senior roles, working with leading Canadian life insurance companies and chartered banks. Prior to joining Investors Group Securities Inc., Jason was a Financial Planner with the brokerage arm of a major Canadian bank, where he provided sound financial planning strategies and retirement planning to high net worth families.
Jason completed his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Regina in 2000. Since then, he has also obtained his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation with the Financial Planning Standards Council of Canada, as well as his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute. When not at work, Jason can usually be found volunteering his time and energy in support of activities for his two young children.
